Individuals, self-employed persons, or sole proprietors of ANY NATIONALITY may join the Association
Membership in the Association is open to individuals who have demonstrated outstanding achievements in the art of hairdressing, as recognized by national or international experts. These achievements may include, but are not limited to, innovative techniques, significant publications in leading industry journals, or a leading role in significant projects or initiatives.

Documentation and Evidence of Achievements
To qualify for membership at the level requiring outstanding achievements, a candidate must be nominated by a current member and undergo an evaluation process conducted by a panel of experts
Those who have made a significant contribution to the development of the industry and occupy leading positions in the industry can become members of the Association.

⭘ Membership Criteria: Membership in the Association is open to individuals who have demonstrated outstanding achievements in the art of hairdressing, as recognized by national or international experts. These achievements may include, but are not limited to, innovative techniques, significant publications in leading industry journals, or a leading role in significant projects or initiatives.
⭘ Nomination and Evaluation Process: To qualify for membership at the level requiring outstanding achievements, a candidate must be nominated by a current member and undergo an evaluation process conducted by a panel of experts. The panel consists of industry-recognized specialists and active members of the Association, who assess the candidate’s contribution to the industry based on submitted evidence and recommendations.
⭘ Documentation and Evidence of Achievements: Candidates must provide documentation and other evidence of their achievements, including awards, certificates, publications, or written testimonials from respected industry figures.
⭘ Membership restrictions: Membership cannot be obtained solely through the payment of dues, education, or work experience. Admission is based on verified achievements that must be recognized by the expert panel.
⭘ Admission Fee: This one-time fee is payable upon joining the Association and amounts to 24,000 KGS (or the equivalent of 300 USD). Payment of the admission fee confirms the candidate’s serious intent and commitment to the Association’s goals. The admission fee must be paid within seven business days of receiving notification of acceptance into the Association.
⭘ Membership fee: A mandatory annual fee to maintain active membership and participate in the Association’s activities. The annual membership fee is the same for all members and amounts to 12,000 KGS (or the equivalent of 150 USD). The fee is used to fund the Association’s events, projects, and administrative functions.
